Returns

Returns are not accepted except in cases where it can be demonstrated that the product was delivered in poor condition.

Claims must be made within 2 days after the purchase, presenting the corresponding invoice.

If applicable, FLIPA will process the return within a maximum period of 15 calendar days

Which products can be returned?

All products may be returned and refunded provided that: 

  • The customer notifies FLIPA within a maximum of 2 business days from the delivery date.

  • The conditions established in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Articles 69 and 71) are met. 

Return Requirements 

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • The shipment must be made in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, a suitable protective box must be used to ensure its integrity.

  • The product must be unused and unmodified.

If a product does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to the customer, who will bear the reshipping costs. 

Steps to Process a Return

  1. Contact FLIPA by sending an email to flipa.born@gmail.com stating the reasons for the return and attaching photos.

  2. Any return without prior communication will not be accepted.

  3. In cases of manufacturing defects or damaged goods, the return will be processed free of charge for the customer.

Refund Amount

Once FLIPA receives the product and verifies the return, the corresponding refund will be issued.

The amount will be reflected in the credit or debit card statement used for the purchase.
