Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Spain (Mainland): 2 to 5 business days.

  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 4 to 7 business days.

  • International (Europe and the rest of the world): delivery times depend on the destination country, usually between 7 and 15 business days.

The indicated timeframes are approximate and may be affected by external factors beyond FLIPA’s control (holidays, logistical delays, customs procedures, etc.).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and will be displayed before completing the order.

  • Customers will be informed of the exact amount before proceeding with payment.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, allowing you to check the real-time status of your shipment.

Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete details to ensure successful delivery.

  • In the event of absence, the courier will leave a notice or attempt a second delivery.

International Shipments 

  • Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees in the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the final purchase price or shipping costs.

  • FLIPA is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Issues and Claims

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at flipa.born@gmail.com with your order number.

  • In case of receiving a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos so we can process the claim with the courier company.
